Walk Eden
The first humans walked with God in the cool of the evening. This daily, relational practice highlights several important features of our first habitat. The pace was 3mph which is optimal for connection. Relationships were prioritized, with time together as an end in itself. We now know that even a 5 minute walk outside provides health benefits and increased brain activity.
